Dept/Role Overview
The Specialist Cruise Consultant role is fast-paced. No day is the same, with unlimited leads from a retail cruise to a bigger dynamic package specific to that customer. We pride ourselves on exemplary service, allowing us to develop and maintain a huge customer database. Our people are our biggest asset and their love and knowledge of cruise is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain loyal customer relationships.
- Provide all customers with exemplary customer service.
- Quote and book the right cruise package to meet customers’ needs.
- Complete and attend training as and when required to ensure knowledge and skills are kept current.
- Work towards and hit monthly KPIs.
