The Role

We’re working with a large, multi-channel consumer business investing heavily in digital growth. With strong momentum already established, they are now looking for a Director of Digital (UK&I) to take ownership of performance across their largest region. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for digital trading and commercial performance. You’ll lead the delivery of both immediate trading outcomes and longer-term strategic growth, ensuring digital plays a central role in overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver against the digital P&L, including revenue, margin and profitability.
  • Lead digital trading activity across multiple channels, including web and app.
  • Define and execute a clear commercial roadmap for the region.
  • Drive performance across key metrics such as conversion, AOV, trading efficiency and availability.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary digital team.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across technology, marketing, commercial and operations.
  • Improve end-to-end customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Leverage data and insight to inform decisions and optimise performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Senior digital leadership experience within a large-scale eCommerce or omnichannel environment.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering a digital P&L.
  • Strong understanding of digital trading, customer performance and online growth levers.
