With new product lines in the pipeline and continued momentum from athlete partnerships, they are looking for an Operations Manager to build the structure that will support this next phase of growth.
The Role
Commercially focused operations role with a strong go-to-market element. The Operations Manager will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of new product launches, while optimising supply chains and digital channels to maximise sales. Acting as a close partner to senior leadership, the role combines operational excellence with a clear commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead operational planning for product launches, ensuring timelines, supply, packaging, and logistics are aligned for smooth entry into the market.
- Supply Chain Management: Own supplier relationships, stock forecasting, and production scheduling to guarantee product availability.
- E-Commerce Operations: Manage and optimise performance across Shopify and Amazon, ensuring both platforms are primed for new and existing product success.
- Agency Collaboration: Work with marketing partners across Google, Meta, and TikTok to ensure campaign activity aligns with launch and revenue objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, produce regular reports, and identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Direct and support a small remote team, coordinating projects across brand, content, and SEO.
- Commercial Support: Contribute to planning around pricing, cost management, and channel expansion, with a focus on profitability and growth.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of Marketing operations experience in a consumer-facing brand (FMCG, nutrition, or similar).
- Proven background in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics with measurable commercial impact.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify and Amazon operations.
- Skilled at working with external agencies and understanding commercial levers in paid media.
- Track record of supporting or leading go-to-market processes for new products.
- Bonus: exposure to retail/wholesale expansion.
- Highly organised, commercially sharp, and comfortable working across multiple functions in a scaling environment.
