We are partnering with a highly respected premium consumer brand undergoing significant digital and commercial transformation to appoint a newly created Digital Director. The next phase is focused on commercial acceleration, CRM maturity, customer growth and building a high‑performance digital function capable of scaling internationally.

The business operates across multiple digital propositions including ecommerce, membership, marketplace and premium customer services. The role will lead digital growth strategy across acquisition, CRM, trading, customer lifecycle, online experience and conversion optimisation. The successful candidate will be expected to bring commercial sharpness, operational accountability and transformational leadership to a business looking to evolve from a traditional trading model into a more sophisticated customer and platform‑led organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital trading performance across ecommerce and marketplace channels
  • Own core digital commercial metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, retention and customer lifetime value
  • Build and evolve a modern CRM and lifecycle marketing capability
  • Drive acquisition strategy across SEO, paid media, content and digital growth channels
  • Improve conversion, online merchandising and customer journey performance
  • Develop a more commercially accountable digital operating culture
  • Partner closely with commercial, buying, product, data and leadership teams
  • Build and shape the future digital organisational structure
  • Deliver a more personalised premium customer experience across multiple customer tiers

  • Proven experience leading digital trading and ecommerce growth within a consumer-facing business
