Our client is a global fintech. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Social Media specialist with a strong interest in the Fintech / financial services space. To be successful in this role, you will possess a creative approach with an ability to produce innovative and original ideas. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week in the London office.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy
- Prepare and post weekly content schedule across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Manage and oversee social media content: prepare written and photo/video content for publications
- Generate ideas for creative and viral posts to engage the audience
- Cooperate with PR, Sales, and Product departments to include the latest company news, blog posts, and press releases in the weekly schedule
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Stay on top of fintech and direct competitors' latest news, product updates, press releases etc.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting/content production
- Excellent writing and editing skills both oral and written in English
- 3+ years in Social Media management
