Project Manager (Agile) – Digital Journey
Day rate: outside IR35
Contract: 6 months (likely extension)
Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in office
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Agile expertise to lead a high-profile initiative You willshape and deliver a project from the ground up, with a focus on improving the customer journey across all touchpoints.
The Role

Lead the end-to-end project delivery working closely with the Digital Team.

Establish project foundations, define ways of working, and ensure delivery momentum.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders (Directors, CIO) to align priorities and outcomes.

Set up and run a scrum team, translating requirements into user stories and managing sprint delivery.

Oversee any related Salesforce changes to support membership improvements.
About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong background in Agile delivery.

Ability to shape and start projects from scratch, setting up teams and frameworks.

Confident stakeholder manager with experience working with senior leadership.

Knowledge of Salesforce and digital customer journeys is highly desirable.
