Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support and challenge delivery across two high-profile initiatives which cover transforming sales data retention. You will operate as a confident programme professional, capable of supporting effective communication lines up to senior stakeholders, driving standards, and improving delivery discipline across complex change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme and project governance across multiple workstreams
- Prepare, support the smooth running of, and facilitate challenge across Programme Board and Steering Committee meetings, ensuring clarity on risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Own and maintain programme artefacts including plans, RAID logs, financials, dependencies, and status reporting
- Act as a bridge between delivery teams, senior stakeholders, and governance forums
- Track delivery against milestones, sprints, and business outcomes
- Support the identification of delivery risks early and proactively drive mitigation, not just escalation
- Support agile delivery teams, ensuring alignment between Scrum delivery and programme-level reporting
- Ensure consistent use of PMO standards, tooling, and best practices across both programmes
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience working in a PMO Analyst or Programme Management role within complex change environments
- Demonstrable experience running, challenging, and influencing Programme Board meetings
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, including Scrum Sprint planning and tracking
- Hands-on experience using Jira for delivery and reporting
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in environments with senior, demanding stakeholders
