We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth. This is a pivotal role within a fast-growing, global payments technology provider, offering the chance to shape strategy, win new business, and expand market presence. If you’re a strategic thinker and hands-on closer with a passion for payments technology and creating value for clients, we’d love to hear from you.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead sales and marketing activity to achieve year-on-year growth in payments technology solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with acquirers, PSPs, ISOs, ISVs, and system integrators
  • Respond to RFI/RFPs, presenting compelling business cases that demonstrate clear value and ROI
  • Identify collaboration strategies, including local distribution and logistics partners, to expand market reach
  • Work closely with solution consultants and product teams to ensure customer needs shape future offerings
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, delivering regular reporting and contributing to global sales initiatives
  • Travel to client sites across the UK and Ireland, representing the company at key industry events

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in direct sales or business development, ideally in payments or POS technology
  • Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem and customer-present solutions
  • Proven track record in winning new client relationships and delivering sustainable revenue growth
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams alike
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-cultural stakeholders
  • CRM expertise and strong organisational skills
