Our client is an SME payment provider with ambitious and dynamic growth plans. They are currently seeking a Head of Sales to lead, mentor and stretch a sales team.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate
Β· A track record of selling to SMEs (merchant acquiring background essential)
Β· Experience in scaling through partnerships
Β· Proven experience in mentoring a sales team and ensuring KPIS / targets are met
Β· Ability to extrapolate meaningful information from data and formulate an action plan for success.
