BIN Sponsorship & Card Scheme Manager HYBRID/London

Our client is a fast-growing global payments company. As such, a new role has arisen for an experienced BIN sponsor and Card scheme specialist to join the team and provide support across project activities, client implementations of customers and process optimisation.

This is a busy, dynamic environment requiring a proactive multi-tasker who is organised and possesses excellent communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working in an EMI or Card Scheme rule implementation. A background in electronic money, prepaid cards, Visa or Mastercard issuance is a must

Day to day you will:

  • Have lots of client interaction and strong inter-company stakeholder management
  • Own all processes and ensure they are being followed, optimised and updated
  • Review, update and own current customer facing
  • Support on projects and implementations (gathering client requirements, creating flows, completing documentation)
  • Raising requests with the development team to ensure that client requirements are being met
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure interdepartmental processes are effective and efficient
  • Review scheme announcements and communicate updates and changes to clients
  • Supporting the team with projects, tasks and queries
