Driver Hire South East London are recruiting for 7.5 tonne Multi-drop Delivery Drivers for our catering client based within SE7 postcode areas.
PAYE: £16.00 per hour paid weekly (including holiday pay)
Type of shifts:
- 6am-4pm
- Multi drop delivering catering supplies.
- Shifts are mainly during the week, day shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Start times can vary between 6am-4pm.
All-round Duties:
- Complete deliveries correctly and efficiently, in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid UK CAT C1 licence with experience and checkable references with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN).
- Valid CPC manual driving licence.
- At least 1-year experience as a 7.5T driver / LGV / HGV (references required).
- You must be over the age of 21 years (insurance purposes).
- Physically fit, as some jobs require lifting and shifting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
Rates Of Pay:
PAYE £16.00 per hour paid weekly (including holiday pay).
