We are looking to recruit individuals, who share our passion for incredible customer service, to join the Trading team at Arundel. This is a unique opportunity to work for a local conservation charity and popular visitor attraction.

The role:

  • Giving a warm welcome to every visitor to WWT Arundel, demonstrating exceptional standards of customer service
  • Understanding the key centre highlights and experiences on offer to inform and enhance our visitors experience
  • Gaining exceptional product knowledge and proactively upselling in order to maximise sales
  • Actively work to minimise wastage with stock control measures and participate in stock handling through organising deliveries and assisting with stock takes
  • Adhering to the WWTs cash handling procedures with effective use of the epos system
  • Promote the WWT where ever possible in order to drive membership sales
  • The Trading Assistant will be required to work across visitor services, retail and catering departments, depending on the needs of the organisation.
