World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong cybersecurity domain expertise to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform capabilities. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery by working closely with engineering, cloud, and security stakeholders to define requirements, drive agile delivery, and ensure high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis by collaborating with stakeholders including Architects, Cloud & Container Engineers, Capability Leads, and Control Owners to document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring sufficient technical detail for engineering execution.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and delivered solutions.
