World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for an End User Support Engineer to support our client with day-to-day IT support across desktops, applications, and end user services. The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and general desktop/software support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first and second-line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Image, deploy, and configure Windows devices using endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripherals.
- Log, track, and resolve tickets via the ITSM tool, meeting agreed SLAs.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for starters and leavers.
