IonQ, Inc. is seeking a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) Test Manager to build and lead the team owning our hardware test infrastructure—the systems that validate control software before touching a real quantum system.
You will define and build representative QA and staging systems, manage maintenance and upgrades, and shape test strategy across simulation and real hardware. This is a build-from-scratch role with budget and rack space allocated, starting with one engineer and growing the team.
