  • Roadmap Stewardship: Balance the needs of today’s clients with durable, long-term platform investments. Make clear, well-reasoned tradeoffs, explain the "why" behind them in a way that brings people along, and have the conviction to say "not yet" when that’s what best serves members and the business.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead the International Product team. Hire and grow exceptional people, including leaders whose strengths go beyond your own, and invest in their development through candid, caring feedback and meaningful ownership. Your success is measured by how well your team thrives: clearing the path, providing context, and creating the conditions for others to do their best work.
