About the role

We are looking for Architects with strong design expertise and 1 to 6 years post‑qualification experience to join our Manchester studio. The role involves contributing to a broad range of design‑led projects, from large‑scale infrastructure programmes to individual buildings, across railways, airports, line‑wide design, bridges and mixed‑use developments. Projects are located in the UK and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts and solutions for infrastructure and building projects
  • Prepare presentations, drawings and models to communicate design intent
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated outcomes
  • Apply sustainable design principles and support the studio’s clear and purposeful design approach

Qualifications and experience

  • Outstanding design skills across any or all work stages
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – verbally and graphically
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Experience working in a design‑led architectural practice, highly creative, environmentally, technically and design orientated with a positive attitude
  • Excellent in Revit – able to pass a Revit assessment and proficient with BIM workflow
  • Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
  • ARB or equivalent international membership of a professional institution
  • 1‑6 years post‑qualified
  • Right to work in the UK
