Join Us at WWF-UK as a Business Intelligence Analyst. We’re excited to be recruiting a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our ICT team at WWF-UK. We’re looking for two Business Intelligence Analysts (one will be known internally as a Campaign Performance Analyst) to play a key role in building our business intelligence capability and shaping how our campaigns perform, evolve and succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves data, thrives on curiosity, and wants their analysis to directly influence strategy and real-world outcomes.

You’ll sit at the heart of our communications and fundraising activity, delivering insight that helps teams make smarter, evidence led decisions and build long term value for WWFUK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance across all channels
  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards while working with colleagues to enable self-service insight across the organisation
  • Supporting forecasting, modelling and campaign planning
  • Producing clear campaign summaries and post campaign reports
  • Influencing the development of our Data Warehouse and other data systems, while exploring new analytical tools and techniques, including AI and machine learning
  • Influencing and contributing to our Supporter Experience, Fundraising and Engagement strategies

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring strong analytical skills and the confidence to communicate insight clearly and pragmatically. You’ll have:

  • Experience analysing marketing, campaign or supporter journey data
  • Confidence working with supporter or customer acquisition, engagement, retention and value metrics
  • Strong skills in data transformation and visualisation, e.g. Power BI and SQL
  • Experience working with CRM systems, data warehouses and BI tools
  • An understanding of experimentation and evaluation techniques
  • The ability to scope technical requirements from non-technical briefs, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences
  • A curious, pragmatic approach to AI and emerging analytical techniques
  • Python experience is an advantage

This is a UK based contract, and you are required to have the Right to Work in the UK. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer sponsorship and any offer of employment will be subject to evidence of your Right to Work in the UK. This role is hybrid with a minimum 40% of your contracted hours spent at our beautiful UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey, where you’ll hot desk among trees and gardens.
