W&W Fresh Produce is growing fast — and this role is a key part of our exciting growth strategy. We supply fresh‑prepared veg and quality produce to hospitality and public and private sector caterers across the North East, and we’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to help take us to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet chefs & business owners across your territory
  • Win new accounts and activate weekly orders
  • Build strong face-to-face relationships
  • Upsell product ranges and grow customer spend
  • Own your pipeline, territory and results

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in sales, hospitality or customer-facing roles
  • Great communicator with confidence in person
  • Target-driven, competitive and motivated by commission
  • Resilient, proactive and organised
  • Full UK driving licence

What We Offer

  • £27,000 base salary
  • £47,000+ realistic OTE (uncapped)
  • High performers can earn £80,000+
  • North East only - no overnight stays
