We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in the biopharmaceutical industry to lead our off-line marketing activities across the EU and US regions. This role will focus on driving marketing events and initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering growth in these key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and events. This role will also require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the corporate global marketing to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute EU and US conferences and tradeshows, ensuring maximum brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the corporate team on co-marketing events and support corporate marketing events in Europe.
- Review and polish English-language marketing content to ensure it aligns with Western language and cultural norms.
- Provide regional marketing insights and analysis to inform strategy and decision-making, ensuring our campaigns resonate with local audiences.
- Support marketing strategy development and implement to enhance our brand presence in the EU and US.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive integrated campaigns.
- Maintain strong collaboration with the corporate global marketing team and team members in headquarters to share regional insights, best practices, and ensure cohesive execution of marketing activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, or Biologics background.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to manage and execute successful marketing events and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Location: Home based in the UK, English native speaker, with business travel within the EU area expected.
