WuXi Biologics is seeking a Key Account Director/Senior Director with a focus on driving commercial launch and managing large pharma accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial contract negotiations and a strong network within Europe.

This role involves strategizing to meet revenue targets and providing cross-functional leadership, as well as managing customer relationships effectively. Must possess strong communication skills and be able to travel 50% of the time.
