The Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead one of our high-performing sales teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire, coach, and develop your team while driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll play a key part in shaping team performance, enhancing customer experience, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage day-to-day telesales operations to maximise performance and productivity
- Coach and develop team members through feedback, and regular 1:1s
- Run engaging team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback
- Handle escalated customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Motivate your team to achieve targets while maintaining a positive, high-energy culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Deliver hands-on coaching, including “ride alongs,” to embed best practice selling techniques
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a telesales or call centre environment
- Strong communication and motivational skills with the ability to inspire a team
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Confident using CRM systems, MS Office, and call centre technology
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Professional, customer-focused, and results-driven
Desirable Experience
- B2B telesales experience
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring a sales team
