Responsibilities:
- Inspire and Lead: Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving market.
- Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and sales growth.
- Ensure your team achieves monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working on strategy.
- Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales.
- Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams.
- Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of success.
- A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to adapt.
- Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively.
