Location: Field-based - Scotland (majority of time in central belt)

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: £60,000 inc OTE, plus Company Car, iPad, Laptop, and Mobile Phone

Have you managed a team that are out of the field before who have consistently exceeded sales targets? As part of the globally renowned Würth Group, lead a high-performing team to success in sales and growth within Scotland (central belt). Inspire and Lead:

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory
  • Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition
  • Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals

Develop Talent:

  • Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home
  • Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques

Analyse and Improve:

  • Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance

Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to drive success. Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results. A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure. Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively (within the UK).
