Are you a people person looking for the right challenge? We’re seeking an ambitious and confident Area Development Manager (ADM) to manage existing accounts and grow the area. Expected first year OTE circa £26,155k (Uncapped Commission), Career Opportunities, Company Car, Mobile Phone & Computer. Full, valid driving licence is required.

Our aim is to grow business with existing customers and expand through new customers.
What to expect on a typical day?
- Visit, manage and grow an existing customer base and area.
- Help our customers find the right products for their business requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by going over and beyond expectations.
- Maintain and grow solid relationships with customers.
- Introduce and demonstrate the product range to customers.
- Develop new business by selling industry leading Würth products along with providing the unique Würth service.
- Achieve monthly sales expectations and area growth.
We require people with excellent customer management skills, experience and proven success within a sales environment. As an Area Development Manager with Würth UK you will earn a competitive salary with benefits and an uncapped commission opportunity. - Uncapped commission potential with an expected first year OTE circa £26,155k.
- 12 month minimum commission guarantee.
