Inspire and Lead:
- Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory.
- Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition.
- Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals.
Develop Talent:
- Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home.
- Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques.
Analyse and Improve:
- Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.
Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to drive success. Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results. A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure. Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively (within the UK).
