We are seeking a Multichannel Marketing Manager to develop, lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple sales channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving customer engagement, lead generation, and brand growth through both digital and traditional marketing platforms.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of multi-channel marketing specialists and developing as well as managing campaigns that ensure consistent brand messaging and maximise ROI across direct sales, digital platforms, stores and telephone sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of multi-channel marketing specialists and align the campaign operations with the company strategy
- Plan, develop and execute the multi-channel marketing strategy to support business objectives
- Lead marketing content planning and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
- Partner with Divisional Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting on KPIs
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Stay up to date on local industry trends, new platforms, and best practices
- Communication and exchange with colleagues from international subsidiaries about learning and best practices
- Ensure all campaigns reflect the company’s values of passion, family spirit, respect, and accountability
Skills & Experience
- Experience in leadership and team development
- Solid understanding of digital platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO/SEM
- Solid understanding of multiple sales channels and their characteristics
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
