Würth UK Ltd is looking for a body shop specialist who’s been on the tools, understands how a body shop operates, and wants to take that experience into a unique specialist role.
This is a field-based position, not a desk job. You’ll cover the entire South East region as the dedicated Bodyshop Specialist.
Responsibilities
Supporting Area Development Managers, Area Sales Managers and Key Accounts
Working closely with Marketing and Training
Delivering application-led demonstrations in live bodyshops
Advising technicians, supervisors and company directors
Feeding back real market insight from the workshop floor
Winning new bodyshop customers, growing existing accounts and building long-term customer loyalty
Owning bodyshop growth across the South East
Qualifications
Hands‑on bodyshop experience across repair, preparation, bonding & sealing, refinishing and core consumables
Confident explaining why products work, not just what they are
Comfortable talking to people at all levels in a business
Outgoing, professional and credible in front of customers
Happy to travel and be visible across the region
A team player who enjoys working with sales, marketing and training
