As a Field Sales Consultant in our Metal Division, you will manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry-leading product range. You will work across market sectors including:
- Joinery & Carpentry
- Double glazing companies
- Hospitality (Hotels & Shopfitters)
You will be fully supported with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities and growing your territory
- Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Delivering excellent customer service, including after-sales follow-up
- Using sales systems to track performance and activity
- Overcoming objections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets
What We Are Looking For

- £24,000 basic salary with minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300 with OTE of £42,506
