We’re looking for a highly driven Product Manager to take ownership of a defined product portfolio and shape its future within our UK business. In this role, you will combine market insight, product expertise, and commercial thinking to build and manage a high-performing product assortment that meets customer needs and aligns with our strategic direction. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and act as the central hub for product knowledge, lifecycle planning, and category performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and shape the product portfolio in line with strategic direction, including identifying new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with international partners, internal teams, suppliers, and purchasing to influence portfolio.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, setup, modifications, discontinuations, and assortment hygiene.
- Build and maintain deep product expertise and act as technical support for the organisation.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by providing product information, technical insights, and training (online and physical).
- Drive category visibility and growth through proactive marketing suggestions, cross-divisional campaigns, and internal communications.
- Monitor and optimise category performance including KPIs, inventory health, online presence, and core/non-core assortment.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of product lifecycles, technical product attributes, and product application.
- Ability to interpret technical data, safety documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in analysing market trends, competitor activity, and performance data.
- Experience managing new product introductions, modifications, and discontinuations.
- Excellent stakeholder management with purchasing, marketing, sales, and international teams.
- Curious, commercially minded, and eager to grow product knowledge.
