The Role

As a Field Sales Consultant in our Wood Division, you’ll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry-leading product range. You’ll work across market sectors including:

  • Joinery & Carpentry
  • Maintenance & Engineering
  • Metal Fabrication
  • Hospitality (Hotels & Shopfitters)

You’ll be fully supported with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing new business opportunities and growing your territory
  • Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Delivering excellent customer service, including after-sales follow-up
  • Using sales systems to track performance and activity
  • Overcoming objections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets
