Location: Field-based - Scotland (majority of time in central belt)

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: £60,000 inc OTE, plus Company Car, iPad, Laptop, and Mobile Phone

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and Lead: Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory
  • Grow Business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition
  • Hit Targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals
  • Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home
  • Strategise and Execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques
  • Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance
