What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Inspire and Lead a team of up to 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory.
  • Grow Business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition.
  • Hit Targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals.
  • Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home.
  • Strategize and Execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques.
  • Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to drive success.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results.

  • Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively, with overnight stays (8+ nights per month).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills.
