What You’ll Be Doing: As an Area Sales Manager, you will: Inspire and Lead a team of up to 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory. Grow Business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition. Hit Targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals. Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home. Strategize and Execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals. Build Relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques. Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance.
