As our Employment Law division continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Employment Solicitor or Employment Lawyer to join our friendly, supportive and ambitious team on a part-time basis. The Role:
- Working closely with our experienced HR professionals, you will advise a wide range of clients across different sectors on all aspects of employment law.
- Your responsibilities will include providing practical, commercially focused employment law advice to employers.
- Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, capability, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE.
- Drafting contracts of employment, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements.
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Representing clients at Preliminary Hearings where appropriate and liaising with Counsel on more complex matters.
- Supporting our HR Consultants with complex employee relations issues.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service.
About You:
- We are looking for someone who is a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer.
- Ideally has at least one year’s employment law experience.
- Has excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Enjoys working directly with clients and providing practical commercial advice.
- Can manage their own workload whilst working as part of a supportive team.
- Is enthusiastic, approachable and keen to develop within a growing business.
What We Offer:
