I'm working with a market-leading UK SaaS platform that powers operational delivery for highly regulated, asset-heavy organisations. For over a decade, they've built deep sector expertise and long-term client partnerships, with average customer relationships exceeding 10 years. Their platform manages complex, mission-critical workflows end-to-end and integrates into wider enterprise ecosystems.
Now they’re building their Account Management function properly. This is not a "manage renewals and keep things ticking over" role. This is a player-coach opportunity with genuine strategic scope.
You’ll:
- Own a portfolio of strategic, high value accounts
- Drive retention, expansion, and executive engagement
- Lead QBRs and EBRs with senior stakeholders
- Build and refine account plans with clear commercial objectives
- Develop playbooks, segmentation models, and growth frameworks
- Lead and develop two Account Managers from day one
The platform is powerful and configurable, which means commercial growth is directly linked to the quality of stakeholder management and value realisation.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong Key Account Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Is commercially confident and comfortable selling into existing accounts
- Can evidence Net Revenue Retention, upsell revenue, or renewal impact
- Has built or improved processes, not just operated within them
- Is credible at Director and C-suite level
- Has experience mentoring or leading others
This is a chance to shape how account management is done in a business with strong foundations, long standing clients, and real growth ambition.
