They're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead from the front and match their pace.
The business currently makes one new hire every week, and that's the baseline. With major global expansion planned this year, demand is only going up. You'll be running multiple roles across multiple geographies at the same time, hiring across Data, Product, and Engineering, and partnering directly with hiring managers, project leads, and executives.
This isn't reactive recruitment. You'll build genuine rapport with hiring managers, understand the projects they're delivering and where their talent gaps are, and scope ahead so shortlists are ready before the role even opens. You'll also be the first interaction candidates have with the business, so you'll set the tone as the brand ambassador for every hire that follows.
What you'll bring:
