The role owns the full bid process (RFPs, proposals, pricing models, contracts) while also helping the operational side of the sales function — timelines, stakeholder coordination, and process quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage all pre-sales proposals and request activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
- Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning responses.
- Lead internal response team alignment calls and checkpoint discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines.
- Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and a polished appearance.
- Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines.
