We are partnering with a fast growing, triple digit growth technology company that is fundamentally changing how software products are built and how engineering teams operate. They are on a mission to shift productivity paradigms in the software engineering industry and are scaling rapidly across multiple geographies to support that vision.
As their Senior IT Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be a key player in shaping the business by bringing in the best tech talent. This is a high impact, high autonomy role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable owning a busy requisition load end to end.
What you will be doing:
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open tech roles simultaneously, across different geographies.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and relationship building.
- Becoming the go-to partner for hiring managers, driving co-ownership of the hiring agenda end to end.
- Using data and analytics to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent in a competitive market.
- Staying close to industry trends and ensuring the company's employer brand is front and centre with candidates.
- Supporting pre-onboarding activity in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Ensuring full compliance with labour and employment laws across all hiring geographies.
What we are looking for:
- Full lifecycle tech recruitment experience, ideally gained in-house at a fast-scaling technology or software company.
- Proven ability to juggle a high volume of open requisitions across multiple countries without dropping the ball on quality or candidate experience.
- Strong sourcing and assessment skills with a deep understanding of tech talent market trends.
- Confident using data to inform decisions, report to stakeholders and improve hiring outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable influencing and partnering with senior leaders and executive teams.
- A genuine passion for technology and how it is reshaping the way people work.
