We're partnering with a global software consultancy, 350+ people across several continents, in triple digit growth and specialising in digital transformation, AI, and software engineering for enterprise clients. They're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead from the front and match their pace.

The business currently makes one new hire every week, and that's the baseline. With major global expansion planned this year, demand is only going up. You'll be running multiple roles across multiple geographies at the same time, hiring across Data, Product, and Engineering, and partnering directly with hiring managers, project leads, and executives.

This isn't reactive recruitment. You'll build genuine rapport with hiring managers, understand the projects they're delivering and where their talent gaps are, and scope ahead so shortlists are ready before the role even opens. You'll also be the first interaction candidates have with the business, so you'll set the tone as the brand ambassador for every hire that follows.

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive recruitment experience sourcing for roles across Technology, Data, Product, and Engineering.
  • A software or tech consultancy background is essential. You understand project scoping, resource planning, billable delivery models, and how a consultancy actually operates.
  • Proven experience helping scale a business, with multiple roles open across several geographies at any one time.
  • Expert resourcer, fluent in the latest sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Strong at building talent pools and designing effective, repeatable recruitment processes.
  • Natural relationship builder, personable, and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Data driven, with sharp analytical instincts.

What's on offer:

  • A base salary up to £70k plus a 20% bonus.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Hybrid working from a central London office, 3 days in the office.
  • The chance to shape hiring at a business redefining how software gets built.
