We're working with a fast-growing UK field service management SaaS business — single product, strong client base across housing, local government and FM contractors, and a reputation for hands-on customer success that goes well beyond a standard software vendor relationship.

They're looking for an Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding of new clients — from discovery and configuration through to go-live — with a particular focus on API and system integrations connecting the platform into clients' existing back-office stacks (housing management, finance, asset management systems).

The role:

  • Own client implementations from kick-off to go-live
  • Lead technical discovery — understanding client workflows, data structures and integration requirements
  • Configure and deploy API integrations between the FSM platform and third-party systems
  • Run client-facing workshops and training sessions across both technical and operational stakeholders
  • Build and refine implementation playbooks as the business scales

What they're looking for:

  • Proven track record delivering B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end
  • Solid API/integration experience — REST, JSON, webhooks, authentication protocols
  • Background in or strong familiarity with field service, housing, FM or property management software
  • Confident managing multi-stakeholder client relationships — IT directors to ops managers
  • UK-based, comfortable with occasional client site visits

What's on offer:

  • A genuinely flexible, configurable product that clients love
  • A lean, collaborative team where your work has direct visibility
  • Strong customer success culture — this isn't a tick-box implementation role
