We're looking for an Integration Developer to join our engineering team on a remote basis.
Sitting below the CTO, you'll own the development of integrations between their standard API and the APIs of external partners.
This is not a bespoke enterprise integration role — you'll be working on a repeatable, standardised integration pattern, becoming highly proficient and efficient at it over time.
You'll be the direct point of contact with partner developers, so communication and autonomy are just as important as technical skill.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining API integrations between platform and third-party partner systems
- Acting as a direct technical liaison with partner developers (no gatekeeping)
- Owning the end-to-end integration lifecycle for each new partner onboarding
- Working within a defined architecture — you're not redesigning it, you're building what sits in between
- Proactively flagging blockers or issues to the CTO early rather than waiting
- Must-Have Technical Skills
- Core PHP developer with Symfony in production (mandatory)
- Laravel experience a plus
- AWS ownership and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- 3rd-party API and webhook integrations in production for an external-facing Saa S product (not internal tooling)
- 3–4 years of focused integration experience
- The Ideal Candidate
- Has worked at a startup or SME — understands the pace and expectations
- Is autonomous and self-directed, but communicates blockers early
- Is partner-facing — comfortable picking up the phone or Slack with an external developer
- Has a stable career history
- Is honest, transparent, and trustworthy — this is a fully remote role built on trust
