We're seeking a driven and technically savvy Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting our client's Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams in driving technical discussions with online retailers and brands looking to scale their cross-border business using our client's SaaS platform. The role will involve leading technology strategy and integration discussions with prospects and existing clients, both in-person and virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify commercial opportunities, surface key technical objections, and develop strategies to overcome technical barriers to adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on optimal integration approaches to successfully implement the complete solution, offering "best practice" recommendations to clients to maximize the effectiveness of the integrated platform.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for integrating clients, possessing the technical acumen to demonstrate and prototype integrations within merchant environments.
- Deliver ongoing education and technical support to existing partners and integrated clients to drive platform adoption and expansion.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an API, solution architecture or client-facing technical consulting role involving direct client engagement, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to deliver compelling solution presentations and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
