We are working exclusively with a fast-growing UK SaaS business that provides a field service management and workforce scheduling platform used by some of the UK's largest housing associations, local authorities, and facilities management organisations. This is a genuine account management role with real commercial weight. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, driving retention, expansion, and upsell across a client base of operationally complex organisations who rely on the platform as critical infrastructure.
What You Will Be Doing
- Owning a portfolio of named accounts across housing, local government, facilities management, and utilities
- Building deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders including Heads of Operations, IT Directors, Asset Managers, and Directors of Housing
- Driving net revenue retention through proactive renewals management and early identification of risk
- Identifying and closing expansion opportunities including additional modules, user licences, and new business units within existing accounts
- Partnering with customer success and implementation teams to ensure customers are realising measurable value from the platform
- Accurately forecasting renewals and upsell pipeline and reporting into senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate
- B2B SaaS account management experience with a consistent track record of retaining and growing accounts
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships within large public or private sector organisations
- A natural relationship builder who can engage credibly with both operational and technical contacts at all levels
- Commercially sharp with the ability to spot and progress upsell opportunities without being transactional
- Based anywhere in the UK with willingness to travel for customer meetings, QBRs, and events, and you will be required to see go to the client HQ in Exeter once a month.
