Are you an experienced Medical Writer looking to combine deep scientific rigor with creative, modern storytelling?

We are seeking an ambitious and client-facing Senior Medical Writer / Content Lead to join our growing global Medical Communications team. In this role, you won't just write-you will be the scientific content anchor for high-profile client accounts.

• Hands-on Content Development & Oversight: Create and oversee top-tier scientific materials including symposia, Advisory Board content, KOL slide decks, and innovative digital deliverables (e.g., video scripts, interactive formats).
• Scientific & Strategic Leadership: Act as the scientific content lead on client accounts, participating actively in client meetings, addressing client strategic needs, and contributing to tactical account planning.
• KOL Management & Relationship Building: Lead discussions with external healthcare experts and global KOLs, building strong collaborative relationships both virtually and face-to-face.
• Elevated Med Ed Communications: Apply creative and "promotional thinking" to traditional Med Ed projects to deliver snappier, engaging, and modern educational solutions.
• Mentorship & Team Coaching: Serve as a mentor to junior team members (such as Junior Medical Writers), managing and reviewing workstreams while coaching them toward expanded responsibilities.
• Account Growth: Identify organic scientific growth opportunities and provide expert input into business proposals.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree or PhD in a biological, medical, or life sciences discipline.
• Agency Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Medical Communications agency, with a strong emphasis on Medical Education.
• Therapeutic Expertise: Prior experience in Dermatology is a strong advantage, but a proven track record of rapidly mastering new therapeutic areas is equally valued.
• Client & KOL Confidence: Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations, engage directly with KOLs, and articulate scientific narrative with confidence.
• Hands-On Mindset: A strategic thinker who still loves getting their hands dirty with direct content creation and writing.
• Creative Flair: Enthusiasm for adopting new digital technologies, visual formats, and innovative engagement tools.
• Language & Tech Aptitude: Fluent English speaker (business professional) with strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and adaptability to modern agency tech tools.
