Lead UI Designer needed to work at the forefront of digital design, working within a cross‑functional creative team to improve user experience and ultimately increase conversion. We are looking for an ambitious, confident, detail-oriented UI Design Lead who has experience working in e-commerce and is passionate about UI design.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating digital brand look and feel, design systems and pixel perfect responsive interfaces for key clients, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
  • Taking a systematic approach to design, anticipating future needs and building in flexibility and efficiency.
  • Leading and supporting multiple designers and elevating our UI Design offering.
  • Communicating the design process to clients from concept to solution, proactively owning problems and feedback.

What we want from you:

  • Design excellence and leadership with demonstrable eCommerce experience.
  • Skilled in standard software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detail oriented with a keen sense of craftsmanship.
  • Enjoys leading designers to help them create their best work.
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges.
  • Experience creating, evolving and developing brand identity.
  • Keen collaborator with software engineering.

Experience:

  • Experience working at a number of digital/creative agencies and/or in-house design studios.
