Lead UI Designer needed to work at the forefront of digital design, working within a cross‑functional creative team to improve user experience and ultimately increase conversion. We are looking for an ambitious, confident, detail-oriented UI Design Lead who has experience working in e-commerce and is passionate about UI design.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating digital brand look and feel, design systems and pixel perfect responsive interfaces for key clients, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
- Taking a systematic approach to design, anticipating future needs and building in flexibility and efficiency.
- Leading and supporting multiple designers and elevating our UI Design offering.
- Communicating the design process to clients from concept to solution, proactively owning problems and feedback.

- Design excellence and leadership with demonstrable eCommerce experience.
- Skilled in standard software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Detail oriented with a keen sense of craftsmanship.
