What will your day look like?
We are seeking a highly commercially minded Account Director to drive activation layer stakeholder management and growth of our marketing operation activity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing local market campaign pressure and targeting through our CRM systems to empower local markets in achieving their business goals. You will be a master of data-driven decision-making, possess a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and excel at collaborating with and guiding local market teams. In the day-to-day business, you will be expected to lead the team and manage the client roadmap, so strong people skills and a strategic mindset is a must.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Leading and developing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.
- Focusing on enhancing client communication strategies.
- Developing project scopes, plans and budgets.
- Producing high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Actively seek new opportunities that align with the company's growth strategies.
- Team management; you will manage a team of project managers.
- Lead, recruit, and cultivate a strong team, defining roles, objectives, and expectations.

We're on the lookout for a strategic-minded individual with a sharp strategic vision capable of discovering new possibilities in the marketplace and building strong client connections. You are proactive in initiating campaigns that not only meet but surpass client expectations regularly. You are an easy-going person with a proactive and positive mindset. You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise. As you will be managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can keep perspective while showing great attention to detail.
In addition, you have:
- 8+ years of experience as a project manager in CRM, digital marketing, or related field.
- Extensive experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across departments.
- Extensive knowledge of what working with data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms entails.
- Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation.
- Ideally you also have experience with either Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently.
- Great communication skills in English.
- A leader in personalized customer experiences.
