We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support on one of our major clients (regulated industry). You’ll act as a connector between regional/end‑market teams and central teams of the agency & client. You will be gathering market insights, cascading toolkits, coordinating feedback, managing off‑shoring hubs, and ensuring that learnings from across markets feed into continuous improvement.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Regional / End-Market Liaison: Engage with regional / local teams to understand their unique market requirements and insights. Support in translating these needs into clear briefs for central or toolkit development.
  • Toolkit & Asset Roll‑out: Assist in the delivery of toolkits, guidelines, best practices, activation assets to regional teams. Facilitate knowledge transfer (trainings, documentation, webinars) so regional markets can adopt with consistency.
  • Feedback & Localization Input: Collect, manage and consolidate feedback from regional teams about local adaptation. Ensure local development needs are considered and communicated to central / creative / production teams.
  • Offshoring Coordination: Liaise with off‑shore hubs to ensure work is clearly defined, correctly scoped, delivered on time to required standard. Follow up on deliverables, check quality, manage timelines.
  • Learning Capture & Sharing: From regional roll‑outs, capture what worked / what didn’t. Build up a set of learnings and share with central teams so future toolkits / campaigns improve based on real world evidence.
  • Project Planning & Stakeholder Management: Maintain project timelines, status tracking, deliverables across multiple markets. Manage expectations and communications among regional teams, production, creative, central leads. Identify risks or blockers, elevate appropriately.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in project management, ideally in an agency servicing FMCG / consumer goods.
  • Experience engaging with international or regional market teams; local market adaptation and understanding of local vs global requirements.
  • Comfortable managing cross‑functional stakeholders: creative, production, central marketing, regional/local teams, offshored resources.
  • Strong organisational skills: managing multiple workstreams, timelines, priorities, dependencies.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written; able to translate between regional teams and central teams.
  • Exposure to working with off‑shore or remotely distributed teams would be beneficial.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, able to anticipate issues and suggest solutions.

Nice‑to‑Have:

  • Prior experience with toolkit or asset creation (brand toolkits, activation toolkits etc.).
  • Familiarity with FMCG / packaging / trade / shopper marketing.
  • Competent in Adobe Workfront is a benefit.
