VML, part of WPP, is a leading creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce, creating connected brands to drive growth. VML is celebrated for its innovative and human‑first, award‑winning work for blue‑chip client partners including AstraZeneca, Colgate‑Palmolive, Dell, Ford, Microsoft, Nestlé, The Coca‑Cola Company, and Wendy's.

This is the challenge At VML THE COCKTAIL, we believe that strategy is only as good as its execution. We are looking for a Transformation & Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of ambition and delivery: someone who can take bold transformation visions and turn them into structured, measurable reality for some of the world’s largest international organizations.

In your day to day you will:

  • Own the end‑to‑end governance and delivery of large‑scale, long‑term transformation programs across industries such as retail, financial services, travel, and telco, ensuring projects progress on scope, time, and budget without losing sight of strategic intent.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders, including C‑Level and Director‑level executives, building lasting relationships that go beyond individual project delivery.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional teams spanning strategy, marketing, product design, and technology, aligning diverse disciplines around shared goals and resolving tensions before they become blockers.
  • Design and implement robust PMO frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms adapted to each client’s context, maturity level, and transformation ambition.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps early, and lead the necessary conversations, internally and with clients, to course‑correct with agility.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees, and cross‑team alignment sessions that keep transformation momentum alive and decision‑making sharp.
  • Translate complex program status, risks, and decisions into clear executive communications that inspire confidence and drive accountability at the highest levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Technology, Data, and Design leads to ensure that implementation is always grounded in the right vision and that the vision remains realistic and executable.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, helping build the delivery capability of the practice over time.

What we want from you:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation delivery roles, ideally within a consulting environment or managing large‑scale programs on the client side.
  • Proven track record running complex, multi‑workstream transformation programs for large international organizations, with direct accountability for delivery outcomes.
  • Natural ability to build strong client relationships and navigate organizations at all levels, from operational teams to the C‑Suite.
  • Strong orchestration skills: you know how to bring together people from very different disciplines and make them work as one cohesive team.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior consultants, with a genuine interest in developing others.
  • Familiarity with the intersection of strategy, marketing, design, and technology.
  • Structured thinker and clear communicator: you can turn ambiguity into a plan and complexity into a story.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments where the path is not always clearly defined.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential given the international nature of our client base.
