Specifically, someone capable of understanding technology challenges and translating them to our clients, helping them to move in the right direction. Our Strategy Consultants manage end-to-end projects for different industries (retail, travel, financial services…) from a perspective which is far from traditional consulting. We are looking for a Strategy Consultant specializing in digital transformation, who is enthusiastic about helping grow a new transformational consulting practice from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help develop end-to-end digital transformation projects.
  • Identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging resources and know-how from VML The Cocktail.
  • Articulate conclusions in executive documents.
  • Apply experience in operational models and change management projects, with a strong ability to assess, implement, and optimize strategies for organizational transformation.
  • Participate in dynamics and workshops to involve clients in VML The Cocktail's creative and solution process.
  • Immerse yourself in the day-to-day activities of our clients to better understand aspects of their culture, organization, and processes, in order to draw valuable conclusions.
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with members of our UX, UI, Brand, Data, Technology teams, etc., for the implementation of new products and services.
  • Identify client needs that may lead to new business proposals.

What we want from you:

  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably in strategic, digital transformation projects and leading projects from start to finish.
  • Understanding of marketing, including trends, outputs, etc., from having delivered projects within the sector or having previously worked in a marketing department.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Critical and creative thinking and ability to execute on the details.
  • Good presentation and Excel skills are required.
  • Willing to navigate start-up fast-paced environments.
  • Autonomous, energetic, and proactive when facing new disruptive challenges; clear focus on getting things done.
  • Appetite for digital ecosystems.

Are you in? If you meet the requirements and see yourself working in an innovative environment, we want to meet you! Are you ready to transform the way we work?

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

WPP (VML) is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to characteristics. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect in which everyone feels they belong and has the same opportunities to progress in their careers.
